A series of medical emergencies can occur in the workplace, but sometimes the type of workplace or the nature of your tasks would result the kind of emergency that occurs.  If you work in a high-risk workplace, such as a construction site, possilbe medical emergencies may include falls from a height and tools injuries. 

However, the emergencies that occur in low-risk workplaces, such as office may be health-related, such as stroke.  It's important to be prepared for all possibilities of medical emergencies in the workplace.
